- Deliver Engaging Training Programs:
- Lead high-quality training sessions across APAC, both online and in-person.
- Teach key courses, including:
- Milestone Solution Design
- Milestone Technical Configuration (Levels 1 & 2)
- Milestone Smart Client Skills
- Milestone Customized Training
- Briefcam Partner Training
- Adapt training content to meet regional and partner needs.
- Support & Empower Our Partners:
- Provide expert guidance on Milestone products and solutions.
- Ensure knowledge transfer through interactive sessions and hands-on learning.
- Set up and manage training labs, including technical equipment and software.
- Enhance the Learning Experience:
- Answer technical questions clearly and comprehensively.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve course content and delivery.
- Maintain high satisfaction levels in Course Attendee Surveys.
- Contribute to a Culture of Learning & Excellence:
- Work closely with the Learning & Performance team to refine training materials.
- Provide feedback to enhance Milestone’s certifications and learning programs.
- Travel across APAC (up to 50%) to engage directly with partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in technical training, preferably in IT, security, or video management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Milestone Systems’ products or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus!).
- Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and manage technical training environments.
- Passion for teaching, problem-solving, and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel and connect with partners across the region.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT) or Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE).
- Experience in partner training, channel enablement, or learning & development.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training methods.
The Department and The Team
Partner & Customer Training EMEA&APAC team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA and APAC territory for Milestone.
The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on-the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions.
The team consist of (4) colleagues, who promote, sell, and coordinate the various certifications and courses, and (2) other colleagues delivering training.
By working directly with the EMEA and APAC sales organization, this team actively promotes, sells, and manages the certification and training activities driving towards a profitable and professional service business unit, that enables and supports the sale of Milestone core products.
