We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our retail team!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest
- Address clients' queries and concern in appropriate manner
- Able to engage clients in small conversation
- Communicate client needs to the relevant department
- Notify the team about the arrival of regular clients / appointments
- Maintain a neat, organized back-of-house environment
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
- Follow the Company's policies and procedures
PROFIL
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
- Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
- Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
- Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
- Prior work experience in retail, hospitality or service-related industry would be a plus
- Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
