MAIN PURPOSE

 

The incumbent will be part of an exciting team to support growth for Chinese market in skincare, make-up and fragrance brands. He/ She plays an active part in delivering both business and supply chain targets. The incumbent is also responsible for managing customers’ orders throughout Order to Cash (OTC) process and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to resolve issues to achieve on time delivery.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage order processing for skincare, make-up and fragrance brands, ensuring on-time delivery of shipments
  • Liaise closely with 3rd party logistics and forwarder on shipment documents and status
  • Prepare shipping documents and certificate for export shipments such as commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (COO) to facilitate custom clearance.
  • Main point of contact with customers and commercial team on orders-related issues, including feedback and complaint
  • Support sales activities by ensuring goods are shipped on-time for events, launches etc.
  • Any other related tasks/projects

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skill in English and preferably Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • FMCG / travel retail / transport and logistics business experience would be preferred
  • Hands on experience in SAP would be advantage
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Have a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Able to prioritize numerous tasks and work under pressure and within deadlines
