DescriptionResponsibilities:
Digital Business Development
- Keep abreast of the market trend and new digital technologies, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendation for management decision.
- Support to shape and ensure the development of the entire digital strategies and partnership strategy for Consumer Banking and Commercial Banking.
- Identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of various segment and customer's business needs.
- Support to drive change and new Ways of Working to support country digital strategy development.
- Support Head of Digital Innovation & Ecosystems to drive to develop new digital business models for Consumer Banking and Commercial Banking.
- Lead assigned projects to build / enhance new digital products / platforms and support digital revenue growth.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on identifying creative initiatives.
- Ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations.
Digital Partnership
- Lead the partnership team to identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of various segment and customer's business needs.
- Continuously review market landscape, identifying developing partnership positioning the Bank as an innovator and market leader.
- Formulate and execute partnership strategy, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for select strategic partner.
- Be responsible for driving new corporate level partnerships with the ability to structure.
- Identify key strategic partnerships and new business development initiatives.
- Drive the digital business initiatives within new and existing partnerships.
- Define the cooperation scope of partnership for the product development team to build.
- Engage partners regularly to track roadmap against timelines and dependencies and review existing product performance.
- Work with digital solution development team and BUs’ product teams to interface and synergize with overall digital build of the bank.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, eg product, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, etc. teams to execute partnership agreements and deliverables that are typically highly complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature.
Digital Partnership Performance
- Build new framework and discipline on digital partnership projects rollout and performance management.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders.
- Evaluate digital sales volume and mix while optimising digital acquisition costs per lead.

- Qualification in business management
Relevant Work Experience
- Familiar with the fintech, startup space
- Should have ideally been an entrepreneur, or worked in a partnership role in a tech company
Competencies/Skills
- Minimum 8 years of banking/fintech experience
- Passionate for digital innovation and dedication to provide a superb client experience
- Analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology (both current and emerging)
- Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing processes for risk mitigation and detection in rollout and test plans, and scenario planning
- Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams
- Positive and can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
