Who you are

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Sound knowledge of M&E, Fire Safety and Estate Management
  • Experience in retail mall will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

What you do

  • Supervise and lead the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance to authorities’ requirements
  • Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services
  • Responsible for operations budget, administration and management of contracts
  • Assisting, coordinating and supporting other departments on daily mall operations, events and campaigns
  • Assist with tenancy matters including handing/taking over of the premises to/from tenants, review tenants fit-out design
  • Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain good partnership with contractors / vendors
  • Build and maintain good rapport with tenants
